Founder & Principal
Paul architects and ships agentic AI systems for operations — agents, retrieval-augmented generation, tool-use orchestration, and the messy engineering realities of making LLMs work reliably in real businesses. Two decades of production engineering experience, formerly a Product Manager at Google. He started OpsAI Lab because most AI consultants don't understand operations — and most ops leaders are tired of AI demos that never ship.
